In partnership with the World Zionist Organization, Shazur, an Israeli Theatre troupe, is thrilled to be bringing “Heschel’s Passover Eve” to Beth Abraham Synagogue. This captivating 45 minute solo performance play is an intimate portrait of Heschel, portraying moments that span his life from his time in Germany before the Holocaust to his relationship with Dr. Martin Luther King. “Heschel’s Passover Eve ” is a call to action for civil discourse and human rights that is as relevant now as it was when Dr. Heschel was marching arm-in-arm with Dr. King.

Following the play there will be a talk-back with Rav Aubrey Glazer and Pastor Ken Moss.

This program is generously sponsored by Jim Nathanson in honor of his beloved Carol, of blessed memory. Co-sponsored with Pastor Ken Moss & The Potter’s House.
